March 22, 2025 - Community Garage Sale - 7 am until your stuff is gone or when you get tired

April 12, 2025 - Passover

April 15, 2025 - Tax Day

April 20, 2025 - Easter Sunday

May1. 2025 - HOA Board Meeting - 6:30 pm - 100 Country Club Lane

February 17, 2025 - HOA Annual Meeting - 7:30 pm

Polk County Utilities - 863-298-4100

Garbage

Regular trash and yard waste picked up Tuesdays - Trash in grey wheeled bin - Yard waste in no more than 4 personal bins - branches cut into 3 ' lengths and bound

Empty bins should be hidden from view on all days besides pick up days.
