Imperialakes Community Services, Inc - Phase II            

We are located in sunny warm Mulberry, Florida.  We are located just south of Lakeland, off Shepard Road in the ImperialLakes development area.   We are close to Tampa and Orlando but without the tourist traffic.  

Country Club Estates are unique homes on a minimum of 1/3 acre lots, with at least, 2000 square foot residence with ample two car garages.  We are located off ImperialLakes Boulevard.  Our private paved roads are Country Club Lane, Wood Hall Drive, Woodcrest Lane, Woodcrest Court, and Misty Meadow Lane, with 20 mph speed limits.  Sidewalks are throughout the neighborhood for walking and getting to know your neighbors.  

Our lots and yards are covered with stately oak trees, magnolias, various type of palms, and a few pine trees.  It is a quiet community tucked away from the hustle of the bigger cities, yet not quite rural.  Our neighborhood shares lives from the youngest little ones to our active seniors.  We share our neighborhood with beautiful sand cranes, ducks, coyotes, cardinals, and other native wildlife.
